Developer: Emilio Vega, operating as Oufit (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)
Location: Panama
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User” or “you”) and the Developer, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Developer is solely responsible for the Oufit App (“App”) and its content. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA, available at:

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Oufit for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Apple-branded devices, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App or any part of it.
Oufit provides clothing and outfit recommendations based on photos you take with your device.
To generate suggestions, the App may temporarily send your photo to secure third-party servers (such as AI processing providers) solely for analysis and recommendation generation.
These photos are not permanently stored, not linked to your identity, and are automatically deleted after processing is completed.
The App is intended as a style assistance tool and not as professional fashion advice.
Oufit is free to download and includes limited access to its features:
New users receive three (3) free outfit suggestions.
Once those are used, you may:
(a) watch an advertisement to earn five (5) additional suggestions, or
(b) purchase a subscription to unlock unlimited access.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed through your Apple account.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings.
Photos captured within Oufit are used solely for generating outfit suggestions.
For that purpose, images may be temporarily transmitted to secure servers to process the visual data and return an outfit recommendation.
Once processing is complete, the photo data is automatically discarded and not retained by the Developer or any third party.
The Developer does not have access to, view, or store your photos or other personal content.
Your privacy is important to us.
Oufit uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage metrics, such as feature engagement and app performance, for the purpose of improving the user experience.
This information does not include personal identifiers and cannot be used to identify you individually.
For photo-based features, any images you capture are processed securely and discarded after use, as described in Sections 3 and 5.
No personal data or photos are stored on our servers.

This Agreement is effective until terminated.
You may terminate it by deleting the App from your device.
The Developer may terminate it if you fail to comply with its terms.
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of outfit suggestions or uninterrupted operation of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Panama and your country of residence when using the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
Upon your acceptance, Apple shall have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
By downloading or using Oufit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this End User License Agreement.
